    Triad Meats, Greensboro, NC

    Triad Meats in Greensboro, NC Family butcher shop, raises their own Berkshire Hogs. Delton, in his 70's Employee, was very informative. Bought my pork bellies (not Berkshire) and my raw ham (Berkshire) which are currently in cure. To be smoked soon! He gave me a couple of Berkshire chops which I grilled. he said I would be back for more. He is right!
