Excellent butcher for meat or fowl. Specialty cuts are welcomed. Wanted a beef rib chuck plate using ribs 5 thru 8 - no problem. Fresh hams for smoking, cut to size, available year round. Prices are reasonable and quality high. I drive 40 miles one way just to buy from them. I notice when I'm there half the customers bring a cooler to load up there purchases.

Thanks for the info - my parents have moved up to the Hendersonville / Saluda area after they retired and we go up there alot.
If you haven't tried them - check out Two Guys Pizza and Ribs in Hendersonville - the ribs are much better than I thought I would get at a pizza joint! The pizza isn't bad either - last time we were there the wife had the BBQ Chicken pizza and it was jam-up! You almost had to eat it with a knife and fork, but the taste was spot on.
The wife's favorite spot up there is McFarlane's bakery in Hendersonville - she can literally spend hours in there!
We have been to Green River BBQ there in Saluda, but their fried chicken is way better than their barbeque IMHO.
Look forward to hitting M&M next time we are up that way!
