Well a while back I posted a couple of threads about Wild Fork. š Not letting me paste the thread. Anyway happened to be going past the store today and well letās just say I stopped in.
In the words of Jim Carey :
āSomebody stop meā š
Just in case you canāt see, underneath the case of wings is a second case of wings. š¤¦š¼
I try to stay out of the store, but am a sausage fiend so periodically order a batch of various sausages. Thankfully, they deliver to my neighborhood, so I don't have to go down there and look at it all. Something I am thankful this year
SheilaAnn somehow I missed this earlier. I like them, right now I like the cheddar brats, and the uncured Argentinian style ones (there are several.) I go through phases, though, and there are quite a few I haven't tried. I'll get to them all at some point!

My closest store is about an hour away so I just order for delivery. Thankfully, I am not willing to delve too deeply into their website. The occasional turkey breast to smoke, a key lime pie or two (they charge less than retail at the bakery in the Keys they get them from) and assorted other stuff.
Just to piggyback on Steve B ās post hereā¦.I too fell victim to the allure of the Wild Fork store, just 12 minutes from my house! š³ Damn, these stores are great, and what a selection! While there I picked up 3 Iberico double bone chops, one of them was for 58limited . I also just had to pick up one of their Choice CAB porterhouses. While talking with the manager there, John, he told me he uses the AR website frequently for recipes and other things. I told him about the free pitmaster trial offer and said he just might try it out! Anyway, for something a little different, for me, he suggested trying a Brazilian beef ribeye cap steak. He didnāt have to ask me twice. I was actually a little surprised at the prices, they really aināt that bad! My total order was $117.
The total price for each item isnāt displayed on the package, just the weight per lb and the weight of the item. They have a price scanner in the store where you can see the total price of that item. Needless to say, I immediately put this one back in the freezerā¦.š³
The porterhouse I bought, Iberico chops and the Brazilian ribeye cap.
Hmmm Purc We had the fried shrimp once and liked it. Only thing is that I cooked it according the instructions. Baked in the oven. Next go round I will deep fry to reheat.
