It’s a banner day in North Jersey!!

My local Costco is in Bayonne, NJ…one town over from Jersey City. I joined The Pit in January of 2016. For 8 years I’ve been asking for them to carry full packer brisket. Today, not only do they have full packer but also, to my utter amazement, they now carry Prime!!! $4.29/lb. I’m a happy boi. 🤙🤙

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.

My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.

There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
