Since moving to NC, I have fallen in love with having real butchers available for quality meats. In Phoenix, I had Costco as a standard, and a specialty store available for high end meats. But now, I also have Costco, but have a butcher 10 minutes from our new home. Ann's Triad Meats in Greensboro, NC has provided some phenomenal meats to cook with over the last couple of months.
If there is anyone else in the area that has other recommendations, I'm open.
