I've never gotten over learning that many of the "grilled" chicken breasts served in restaurants using Sysco Foods are really "printed" chicken breasts

Grills:
Weber 22" Kettle Premium w/Slow N' Sear 2.0
Pit Barrel Cooker
Grilla Grills Chimp
W.C. Bradley & Co. Char Kettle CK-115 ~1980s Vintage Grill (inactive)
I ate this at least once a week in some form for four years in my college dorm cafeteria.
I remember initially being in awe of it. I mean, the farm that can produce chickens with breasts all identical over thousands of slices is amazing!
(It was a bit of a letdown to later learn that these chicken breasts are ground chicken meat, shaped in molds, cooked and then briefly grilled to get the marks.)

Some hot bars roll over them for the nice marks. Always wondered if someone ever tested it out.
High production smoked sausage is actually steamed. The smoke flavor is in the paper they are encased in whilst they get steamed and cooked.
