Find a rancher near you beef maps.com

This seems cool. I figured everyone here might be interested. Obviously not an exhaustive list.

Interactive map of Rancher Direct Certified beef producers across the US. Find and buy beef straight from independent American ranchers.

New Mexico needs to add their names! I know there are a good amount of ranchers in the state that sell.

    Thanks for sharing the map!

Thanks for sharing. Only one near me, and a half cow is the smallest amount they sell, so won't work for me.

There's also this one I've found. No experience with using it, though.

My Health Forward farm map with 6,500 local farms and markets. Community garden map with 1,000 gardens. Local, independent grain mill map with 160 mills.

Neat! I sent it to a couple of nearby ranchers to see if they want to get themselves added to the map.

Hey, River Bend Farms is pretty close to us. Would you be interested in going in on a 1/2 or 1/4. ???
Looks like next sell date is in Sept.

As I’m going to be an empty nester come August I don’t think so but lemme think about it. Could be fun.

Found one just down the road a piece. Thank you.

              Nice web site:

Texas Grass Fed Beef, Pasture Raised Chicken from our Local Farm – 1915 Farm

              They also have pork.

They also have a butcher shop in Yorktown, TX, at 239 Hwy 72 Yorktown Texas 77974

The only ones in my state aren't even remotely near me and want WAY too much per lb, I'd be better off buying Wagyu $9/lb before adding shipping for ground beef is just not something I'm willing to do even if supporting small business is our household preference

$7/lb is the upper limit of what I'm willing to pay for the benefit of knowing my rancher and being able to visit the operation. Next time I buy a half, I'm going to see if I can buy it unbutchered and break it down myself. I did that with a whole hog last year and ended up paying only about $3.25/lb for high quality Berkshire pork.,

Thanks for posting that! That explains why I can’t find any in AZ.
