Didn't specify. C.A.B. was on the label. I've gotten from there before and I had no issues with meat quality. In general their meat department is top notch. And the butchers know what's they're doing while going out of the way to get you what I want. That's my experience.
CORRECTION: I rummaged through the garbage to find the labels and it is Choice.

From the two pictures of the larger cuts, it looks like the Tri-Tip was cut. I don't know the butcher classification, but their the boot portion of the TT to me. The part of the TT that swells up more. Are the two other smaller cuts from the same TT?
Choice is great for TT. Are you going to cook them soon?

My wife and I took a trip to Market Basket in Athol MA. today. She needed to load up on Thanksgiving stuff. It included all the meat. We opted out on the ox tail. At $20 plus for 2 and she would need at least 6, nope. The meatballs, sausage and braciole will do just fine. I also picked stuff. Lamb chop, veal cutlet, 2 cuts I can't remember having. I also got a couple of N.Y. Strip at 12 oz. each. I did one tonight on the Kettle, direct to 125. My favorite cut and they didn't disappoint. 3 hour brine and course pepper prior to hitting the grill. Yea, no pics I almost bought a cornbeef for desalination and make a pastrami. I decided to hold off with all the other foods being prepared. Next trip I'll get get it.
