Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
Looking at their NY Strip and if they have Tri-Tip. After that we'll see. Then into the Wine Beer and Spirits. Their selection top notch and prices are lower than any other brick and mortar I know of. My wife is going to be pissed. Oh well, not the 1st and certainly not going to be the last time.
Wegmans is the best. Here in Virginia you can't get spirits there (only at state-run stores), but everything else is excellent. Pandemic has kept us from visiting our local one much, but we've done delivery from there...
