    Technically not a butcher ...

    But we've been buying grass fed beef from Brookshire Farm outside Abbeville for years, and their product is wonderful. They have if butchered and vacuum-sealed. It is simply great, and I can't recommend them highly enough. http://www.brookshirefarm.com/

    My brother lives in Abbeville. Well, he has a house, probably spends 90% of his time offshore.

    Elliott's Slaughterhouse is where my family does business. They still smoke sausage for my dad. I went to school with Jimmy Elliott's two oldest sons. The slaughterhouse is about 5 minutes from my parents' house.
