In Rossville, GA is excellent. I have been going there for 20 years. I don't know why I haven't posted about them before. They grind the best pork breakfast sausage I have ever had. It is so popular that they routinely sell out; I am on their call list, so whenever they make some they let me know and hold some if I want it. I have never asked about meat grades or anything; their beef is not quite as good as Ed's Butcher shop in Hixson, TN, but it runs a close second. Here is a chuckie I picked up last week: I have stopped ordering meat unless it is something i can't get locally. If you are in NW GA, they are worth a visit. And no, they didn't pay me for this lol.
