Butcher Shoppe at 8190 W Fairfield Dr, Pensacola, FL, is about the only place in NW florida that is an actual butcher shop. Super nice people and a fairly large selection of meat from Choice to Waygu beef, Pork bellies to Berkshire ribs. Last time I was there, had a large selection of spices as well. Hands down the best brisket I've smoked to date. Love their Australian A9 wagyu. They ship nationwide. Have ordered 4 briskets from them and they are lovely. I believe their briskets were used by the top teams in the American Royal this year.

Going to try their tri tip next.
