In Hermosa Beach we have a store called Bristol Farms that has an awesome butcher shop with butchers on their staff. They have steaks that are USDA Choice, Prime and Wagyu. They will slice any thickness you want while you wait. They stock ground chuck that has been ground course just as Meathead uses for his steak burgers. They say it has 22% fat. It's the nices butcher shop I've ever seen. They are a little over priced so I buy most of my meat at Costco. I do buy all of my hamburger meat there so I don't have to grind it myself. I also buy some wagyu Ribeye's there occasionally.
