Whole Packer Brisket in San Jose, CA

I'm looking to smoke a brisket some time soon. Most folks recommend USDA Choice or USDA Prime, but I am having a hard time finding it anywhere in San Jose, CA. Any San Jose or Bay Area folks have any recommendations? I saw a few at Smart & Final Extra! but its USDA Select.

    Thanks in advance!

In Central VA Walmart carries a mix of select and choice. You do have to look through the meat for choice.

Check Costco. They have Prime Grade. Thats where I get all of mine.

+1 to Spinaker. Costco rocks and usually has them. Also check restaurant depot if you can get an in there.

If you want to make a bit of a drive, the business Costco in Hayward has a pretty good meat selection in choice and prime. I just picked up a small choice flat there at under $5/lb ($4.69?).

Be aware that they are closed on Sundays and close at 4 pm on Saturdays. If you've never been there, it's nothing like a normal Costco.
