I was afraid there wouldn’t be one near us but I had to look. The nearest is 3 hours away. Looks like Sam’s will continue to be my go to place. It’s only 90 miles away.

I just saw that they gave a 50 pound bag of Ardent Mills bread flour for $20.79! I will have to check this out so I’m not stuck buying at $4-$6 per 5lbs and avoid KA for reasons.
My wife said I just have to make sure the random mice that appear in our house don’t end up being able to eat it. Glad to have that second freezer!

Unfortunately we only have a Sam's in my area. Would love a place that I could walk in and get a whole hog.

I am heading to Seattle in a week for spring break with the family and the last stop before our return trip home will be the Costco business center over there. Never been before but excited to see what they have. And I will definitely be bringing an empty cooler to fill up.

There is one in Orlando just west of the airport, about an hour from our home. I'll definitely check it next time we're over that way.
I recently listened to a podcast about Costco that outlined it corporate history, inner working, and how they've become the behemoth of retail. Needless to say, I came away as a fan. It's a great podcast that I highly recommend.
Costco's business model: treasure hunt shopping, $1.50 hot dogs since 1985, and the membership fee that changed retail. How they built cult loyalty.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Atlanta or St. Louis are the two closest to me, followed by Orlando, Houston and Dallas. So, no Costco Business Center meat shopping for me! Unless I *drive* to my office in Orlando with my Igloo 40 qt and 60qt coolers in the back seat, and haul stuff back. Don't see that happening though, as I usually fly when I go to the office...

Got to visit the one in my state today. Picked up a really nice prime brisket, which they have at my local store but they are always hit or miss. This thing is perfect. Also grabbed some wings that came out to .50/lb and a skin off pork belly. Can’t understand why skin on would be sold at the non business locations. Something called pork cushion also caught my eye - never heard of that.
