    Hi Everyone

My name is Dave and I have a BBQ problem. Well not really a problem, I just can’t get enough of it. I’ve been grilling most of my adult life and have fond memories of grilling with my dad as a kid.

I remember on more than one occasion going to the grocery store in the dead of winter to buy a bag of charcoal while everyone else was buying ice melt.

so anyway I’m here to perfect my amateur skills and maybe turn a hobby into a side business. My tools of the trade right now are a well seasoned Webber kettle grill, a Pit Barrel Cooker, and a propane griddle.

Thanks for checking out my post.

    Hi Dave.
Welcome from Wisconsin. Glad you could join us!
You get you first chip when you post a pic of your cookers, food, cat, a random street sign. We're not picky.

There’s a reason they call this place the Pit! We’re all hooked with the BBQ jones. Couple of good cookers there. You are also from a place that I grew up readin in history books. Welcome, eat good and have fun!
