I am very excited to be a member. I have followed Meathead for years and love his recipes. I have owned a Pit Barrel for about 5 years and love the chicken and ribs it produces. I also have a traditional Weber kettle that i do use a little less now that I have the PBC. I retired at year end so now have a little more time on my hands so I ordered my dream offset smoker - Horizon 20" Classic "Icon" that I am stoked to get and begin the learning curve of stick burning. The PBC has spoiled me a bit but I still feel like I can do a better brisket and pork butt, low and slow. Look forward to the info and experience from this site. Take care!
