    Checking in from SoCal

    Hello All!

Recently stumbled across your amazing group and knew I had to join. I started to learn the fine art of smoking about 5 years ago on an electric masterbuilt cabinet smoker and was instantly hooked. Been slowly growing my knowledge and bbq fleet ever since.

Hoping to learn a lot from everyone here and contribute where I can!

There is very little I enjoy more than drinking whisky and smoking something up on the weekends.

    Current equipment
    Campchef SmokePro LUX36
    Weber Kettle 22"
    Weber Genesis E-315
Lone Star Grillz 20X42 (Ordered back in December and waiting on Delivery)
