    Currently cooking on Cascade Smokers Competitor model and WEber Genysis propane.
    Used some recipes and trying trial membership.
    Most likley will get membership.
    Looks like great site.

                      Had the cascade about 6 months and still learning.
                      Built like a tank and is 750 lbs. Well insulated.
                      Only pic I can find right now was beef rib.
