Hey guys - just joined. Been reading the articles for months figured I should support a fellow small business.
My Pit Barrel bit the dust rotted out at the bottom after 7 years - I re-welded a new plate to it but got the itch for something new as well. So I am ordering one of these from Johnson Smokers in Texas. Looking forward to reading and learning more!
Looks like a great new cooker is headed yer way!, please, feel free to ask questions as needed, nobody is gonna yike at ya, hereabouts...(An I done already asked up alla th Stoopid Ones, afore ya got here, amigo! )
