    I just joined because I want to learn as much as I can about smoking curing and meat related things. I have been grilling and smoking for about 15 years on a Char-Grillers Smokin Pro. This past March I became a brand Ambassador for Char-Griller and I am having a blast posting pictures and videos on Instagram. Follow me as Matt Sortwell Grilling Kilted if you want.
