    Greetings from O-H-I-O

Hello fellow BBQers. Ditched my old Kenmore gas grill that was converted into a charcoal grill this spring and joined the BBQ crowd. Got me a Weber 22" Master-Touch grill, lots of Kingsford charcoal and a bunch of wood chunks and chips. Been mostly grilling on it but I am ready to take it to the next level and start cooking some real BBQ. Done a few racks of ribs and have gotten pretty good results. Reverse seared T-bones one night and Ribeyes another (I do not think I will ever eat a steak out at a restaurant again!) Next step is "the butt".

So much incredible help and information here I am sure I can figure it out.

Welcome to The Pit ssandy_561! We're glad you're enjoying the site. I seen your other post with the giant steak, looks perfect! And yes, the Slow 'N Sear would be a great accessory for that 22".

Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos.

Also, it's very important that you add the domain AmazingRibs.com to your email safe list in case you are ever drawn as our monthly Gold Medal Giveaway winner!

Hope to hear & see more from you!

FLBuckeye should be good, as long as @Amazingribs.com comes through.
