I should just join this site after 2 years. Start with the trail and see. Bought a side fire box and started smoking in the summer of 18, right now i use a chargriller duo with side fire box and a dynoglo 36 vertical. Looking to upgrade but my budget is around $500. I absolutely Love bbq over the weekend but this year i didn’t really do it. Hopefully I’m inspired by being on this site. Can’t wait to try new recipes & methods. See ya soon!
