I've been smoking for about 4 years and wish I'd started much sooner. I have a Weber kettle, a Large Weber SM, and a large Big Green Egg. Smoking a butt for pulled pork and baby back ribs for the 4th. love this site and joined the pit masters today. look forward to learning a lot from all of you.
