    Hello-
    I cook in a few competitions a year and enjoy learning all I can about BBQ. I use a 22.5 WSM and the digiQ2.

          John - Joe's KC is what we are most known for right now, and it is some of the best BBQ I've had. Q39 (Westport) is also excellent. I have only competed at the Lenexa BBQ contest. Just getting into comp. cooking.
