    Hello from Columbia Missouri

    When I saw "The Pit" ad, I joined immediately. I found this site trolling for rib recipes, and give thanks for it regularly.
    I have been kitchen manager and lab instructor for the University of Missouri's Hospitality Management Program and sold BBQ using Meathead's recipes at catering events and at the school cafe. I hold a MS in Hospitality management from MU. Looking forward to making new friends and learning as much as possible about the science and art of BBQ and grilling!

If you have any pictures / stories you'd like to share of your catering experience, or general BBQ experience, I'm sure everyone would like to hear about them.
