    Greetings from Idaho

Home is Star, ID, a few miles west of Boise.
Enjoy all types of cooking especially grilling and smoking. I have a Yoder YS640 smoker, a Weber Genesis grill and a Kamado Vision ceramic grill. In the past couple of years I have become a Sous vide (Anova) fanatic... love that bad boy! Haven’t combined smoking with a water bath yet but it will happen soon!
