Been using a weber charcoal grill for many years and pretty experienced with it. Also have an Indian Tandoor charcoal oven for several years as I love Indian food. Now have a Monolith Kamado and starting to do my first real low and slow smoking which is amazing and a bit of a learning curve at the moment. Anyone else on here from Luxembourg? I guess most people here have never heard of it.
