    Hello from England

Hello all, greetings from England. This site is such a fantastic source of information, I just had to join.

I have been smoking for about 3 years or so on a Weber Smokey Mountain, which I find gives brilliant results. Pork, beef and lamb have all turned out well. Ribs last weekend were the best I have ever tasted either at home or in a restaurant. The last meal ribs really is a fantastic recipe
