My wife bought me a 22 inch WSM in 2010, and I recently purchased an 18.5 WSM. I am a Weber fan; I have a Performer and the Weber fire pit as well. My hobby is evolving, as I have started cooking for friends, neighbors and their friends and neighbors. I learn something new every time I fire the pit. I don’t know more than anybody else, but 90 percent of everything I know about smoking meat, I learned on amazingribs.com. This website is truly amazing. Thanks, Meathead. You and your team are fantastic! I am proud to be member.

Greetings from Motown...
I have been a charcoal only griller for 25 years, and started smoking on my Weber Kettle in 2006. I was hooked right away.
