Greetings! A few months ago I pickup a WSM 18.5" which sparked a renewed interest in grilling. More than 10 years ago I bought a Captain Cook gas grill from Barbeques Galore. I didn't do any research & went with their recommendation. In the years since I have come to realize that my Capt. Cook runs way to hot along the rear rendering half of the grill practically unusable. Fortunately it is not firing up consistently & I'm not going to put any money towards rehab. Tomorrow I'm picking up a new Weber EP-310 gas grill from Ace Hardware. My success with the WSM has given me the confidence to buy a charcoal grill too so I've got my eyes on Weber's Master Touch. I'm excited by all the possibilities & I look forward to picking up tips & ideas on this great site.
