    G'day,Buccs from downunder

    Been BBQing for a few years now, as in several, and still plenty to learn.I primarily use a keg, but have a kettle and a WGA that I still am mastering. This site is famous even down here for having nutted out the most excellent eats, hope I can improve by following your expert advice. I'm an Aussie so expect cheeky humor! Fair warning!
