    Greetings From Japan

    Hello All ,
    new here to the Pit masters club but have had Meatheads book for many years.
    I'm Canadian living in Japan, try to BBQ at least once a week.
    current grills are 22" Weber kettle, Pit barrel cooker and a Lodge Sportsman.
    looking to learn and up my BBQ game.
