I love meat! Especially smoked meat.

    We use:
Traeger 'Lil Texas Elite pellet smoker
    traditional gas grill
    Commercial 18" flattop griddle indoors

    We love to cook:
ribs, brisket, bacon, chicken, pork loin and pork shoulder, mac n cheese, and baked potatoes on the Traeger
Steaks, burgers, brats on the gas grill
    Philly Cheesesteaks on the flattop

How is that flat top? I love those things and have wanted one in my kitchen forever, maybe one day I can do one in an outdoor kitchen. I could make food like Benihana or make bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes ALL AT THE SAME TIME!

                  I O

The flattop is fantastic. It is a small commercial unit that is only $300 ish online. It cooks fairly evenly and has held up quite well for home use. We've had it a couple of years now and use it regularly for lots of things. Burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken for nachos, pancakes, eggs/omelets, good stuff.
