I discovered amazing ribs a few years ago and have had fun with a number of recipes on my Weber gas grill. My wife said the magic words last month, "just order a smoker then!" My Rec-tec RT-700 came in a few weeks ago so now I'm learning about a while new world of smoking. And I found out my local propane dealer stocks Cookin' Pellets! Glad to have a local source of quality pellets (not Trager brand) to avoid shipping costs.
