So glad that I found this site. This is my first season of smoking meats. I have a cheapie (Brinkmann Smoke N Grill)... Looking to upgrade towards the end of this season.
So far I've done 3 sets or ribs (St. Louis Style) and a pork picnic. Perhaps my best endeavor was my full chicken.
I love cooking with Beer, so I attempt to add beer into all of my mops.
