Queens actually, since many people equate NYC with Manhattan. Have a full deck, with an old, beat-up Char-Broil Commercial Series gas grill (that could use new burners), an 18 1/2" Weber Smokey Mountain, and a Weber kettle grill. Getting harder to justify using the WSM on large cuts as my wife and I are now empty nesters, and smaller cuts work fine on the kettle. I've learned a lot from Meathead and AmazingRibs.com over the past few years, supplementing it with Cook's Illustrated and gathering recipes from a few other trusted sources. But for the most part, I signed up to help out the site that has helped my BBQ parties be very successful.
