Hi everyone!! First of all let just say I love this website!! So informative. So I have been grilling steaks, chicken, pork chops, etc. and mostly always on my trusty Weber Charcoal grill for 40 years!!!. But now after discovering this site I'm totally into learning how to smoke. Now I'm completely set up with the SnS system, I bought the Maverick ET732 digital thermometer system (THE BOMB), and did my first test with a tri-tip a couple of days ago!! Using the reverse sear method it turned out perfect!! I should have taken some pictures, but forgot. My bad. Anyway, needless to say I love my new setup and can't wait to try something else. I'm thinking a pork butt next!!
