          I’m doing a couple of slabs of St. Louis ribs, smoked queso and my smoked corn on the cob version of elotes. Oh and some stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeños. Probably end up throwing stuff on for the neighbors too, we kinda do a culdesac thing for the 4th. 🤷‍♂️
