    Hi everyone! I'm Susan and I'm loving this site! Two weeks ago we got a Traeger and also a Blackstone griddle. We've done beer butt chicken, pulled pork, a brisket, burgers and pork ribs. For July 4th we're doing ribs again with Meathead's recipe. I'm so glad I found this group by buying my husband Meathead's cookbook for fathers day! Manning the grill has always been his thing, but now he has a hard time getting near it because I'm taking over!

I just got an outdoor griddle, and we've been enjoying stir fries of all sorts on it, and I'm planning burgers for tomorrow. Ribs sound great though! I might have to pull some out of the deep freeze for the weekend...
