Hey y'all, new member here from Alameda, CA. Love to cook and grill and have been checking out amazingribs.com recipes for some time now. And reviews too. Have never been steered wrong. So took the plunge today and am becoming a member. What a great community.

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

I used to go to a german car junk yard in Alameda back in the 80’s to get parts for my old Porsche....just bring a 6 pac of Becks and the guy would let me have anything!
