Hello from Pensacola Florida

My wife bought me a Pit Boss vertical smoker for my B-day last summer and i have smoked stuff in it about 20 times since (smoker was in Florida and i was working and living in NY) and when it worked it was great. I didn't really like the clean up with the water pan and all of that and then the thing started acting up and would shut down in the middle of a smoke. I was able to get Lowe's to give us a refund and i just bought a Traeger Pro 780 pellet smoker and it is very nice. I look forward to pulling some great recipes off this site and doing some good eating!!! Pork butt is next.
