    Hello from Oregon

    I’ve been relying on Amazing Ribs as my go to source for all things bbq and grill related for years. I finally decided it was time to jump into the pit. Although my family and friends think I know my way around the grill and smoker, I know there are endless things I would still like to learn. I look forward to sharing info in the forum.

          I’m trying to figure out where/how to list my equipment, I have an XL Big Green Egg, a Karubecue C-60, a 36” Blackstone griddle, and I’m awaiting delivery of a Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050. I have had, but since sold, a Traeger, a Rec Tec, and a Green Mountain Grill.
