            I've also just become a member, and it's nice to see a fellow Canadian! Have always dreamed of owning a Big Green Egg, but am relatively new to barbecuing, so I'm sticking with my propane grill for now. Maybe next summer!

              Go with what you know best while you experiment with something new.
              The egg can be a little finicky when first learning how to get the heat at a desired temp and I had my share of failures.
              PS I'm an East Ender born and raised!
