Been a member for a while but this is my first post. Have enjoyed a number of recipes from the website. Primary smoker is a 22" WSM with a few minor add-ons plus I also use a couple of 22" Weber kettles with Slo-n-sear add-ons for some smaller cooks. Really want to learn more and get better at BBQ as I really enjoy it and really like most of the food I've been able to produce. Made a brisket flat, bourbon baked beans, and skillet cornbread yesterday and it was all really good. Just makes me want to do it more often.
