Hi folks! I joined just today but this membership is waaaay overdue. I first heard of Meathead on a website completely unrelated to BBQ and his post fascinated. I'm closer to Pitnewby than Pitmaster but I've browsed this site from time to time over the past few years and the team here has provided a wealth of great info, including introducing me to two of the best smokers I've ever used. For the enjoyment and the enrichment these people and this site have provided I owe a lot and should have joined years ago. Here's to catching up!
