    Hi there pitmaster. Greetings here from The Netherlands(that little below sea level country in Europe that traded NYC for Suriname ages ago)
    Gonna hit the 42 years mark on 4th of July. As long as I can remember we did something with fire and food on that day (just like you guys do on this day :-)). My weber kettle is going strong now for 12+ year and 6 years ago after Meatheads raving review I imported a Pitbarrel cooker.

    Looking forward to learn more new tricks and recipes!
