My oven smoked pork butt is gone before I can get it out of the cast iron smoker pan

I am Nicole and I do all types of cooking and exel at them, I have over cooked things once or twice, but still delicious cause over cooking for me is med-rare to med - except when it comes to slow roasting tuff meats.. then it is just ensuring plenty of fat caps and liquid.

Welcome to The Pit Nicole. Try your pork butt recipe in a smoker. That just might take it up another notch.

Welcome! Maybe you should tie those butts up so they don’t get away so quick
