Hi everyone. Ray here in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Got my spare ribs on since let’s say 11AM. Had to kick start my Big Green Egg, large, cause I shut my vents down too much, but they’re going now.

Well, not the first time but forgot to get pictures as I took them off. I didn’t have apple juice and apple cider vinegar. Wife suggested we spritz with pineapple juice. My wife said she really liked the flavor and maybe that’s what we should use every time.
