Have been a long-time onlooker/fan of this site. Finally joined up the PM club and love it. Father-in-law gave me a Vision kamado style grill and have been loving smoking on it. What are you cookin' now, and what would you like to cook? Chuck roasts are very easy to smoke and very tasty. They cook like a butt, but normally need to go a few degrees higher to be probe tender and pullable.

Welcome from the mountains of NC. Had a good friend in Savanah, beautiful city and area. Unfortunately he passed early at an age of 62. Miss him a lot.
